Where are you located?
Red Garden Manga now trades primarily online with a ‘to your door’ service however we do also attend small events such as Reading Comic Con. We’re always happy to discuss the best way to supply your orders to you so just get in touch.
Do you have _insert title_ in stock?
If we don’t have something in stock, we can almost always order it in for you. All you need to do is drop us a message and we can check.
How do i pay?
We accept payment through bank transfer, Paypal, card or by cash. Arrangements will be made when we acknowledge your order.
Please note! We also have an order form located at the bottom of the Special Offers and Product pages which you can fill out if there’s something you want to buy (or you see something we don’t have that you wish to order).
what delivery options do you have?
We can post your items to you hassle free!
If you live locally, you can arrange a collection or we can hand deliver.
I’M FOLLOWING A SERIES, HOW CAN I BE SURE TO GET THE NEXT VOLUME(S)?
We can set up a subscription based order which means we can advise you in advance and arrange payment when the next volumes are due out and make sure they are on order for you for when they are released.
can i recommend something?
Yes! Recommendations are more than welcome – especially for things that aren’t so well known! Please just email us your recommendation to redgardenmanga@googlemail.com and we can share it on the website. Recommendations can be anime, manga or related to the genre (magazines, games etc)

We would absolutely love to hear from you! We pride ourselves in our customer service, dedication and quick order turnaround time and if you would love to shout about a good experience we would love to hear from you. Can I get updates?
Absolutely. We sometimes send out updates via email so if you would like to be included in this, please email us at redgardenmanga@googlemail.com. You can be removed at any time and all you have to do is let us know and we will delete you from our contacts.
